By working with me, you are automatically agreeing to all of the terms listed below. You agree that by breaking any of these terms you forfeit the potential of any refunds and any right to work with me in the future.
I hold the right to update these terms as desired.
★ General & Payment ★
★ I do not work with anyone under the age of 18.
★ I retain the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
★ I do not accept private commissions. I have the right to post any piece to any of my social medias and website.
★ Full Payment is required upfront. I do not take payment plans. Commissions do not begin until payment is received.
★ Full refunds can be given for works that are not started. Started works are subject to partial refunds. I have the right to deny refunds if the work has been mostly completed.
★ Process ★
★ Please be precise and clear about what you would like.
★ You will receive a work in progress sketch for approval (except for uncolored sketches).
★ Any and all sketch work has the potential to be messier than the supplied examples.
★ Major edits are only accepted during the sketch phase. I retain the right to charge for any additional edits needed after this phase except in the case of my own error.
★ Commission times vary but please allow up to 2 months for your piece to be completed.
You will be informed if there are any delays.
★ If you have a deadline that you'd like met, you must inform me before payment. Rush fees may apply.
★ I reserve the right to refund you during the commission process at any time.
★ Copyright & usage ★
★ You may not alter/edit/change my work without my explicit permission.
★ Copyright of all of my artwork still belongs to me.
★ You may not use my work commercially or for profit of any kind unless discussed and approved of prior to purchase. Commercial fees will apply.
★ My work is to never be traced/copied/stolen.
★ My work is to never be used in association with NFTs, AI art, or any similar technologies or companies.
★ I reserve the right to create merchandise of commissions if they are of characters the client does not own.
★ Commissioners are allowed to use their commissioned pieces for personal use only. If posting or using my work online, you are expected to provide credit back to me and one of my socials.
★ Non-clients do not have the right to use my work in any way unless given explicit permission otherwise.
★ Most species, all races & genders.
★ Most body types.
★ Canon characters.
★ Canon x Canon, Canon x OC.
★ Hellaverse style (Hazbin Hotel, Helluva boss).
★ Simple mechanics
(FNAF, basic robotics/prosthetics, etc).
★ Anything Else? Feel free to Ask!
★ Will Draw ★
★ Hate speech & sensitive imagery used with the intent to harm or depict real people.
★ Hyper body types.
★ Realism.
★ Complex mechanics
(Transformers, endoskeletons, etc).
★ Complex architecture and backgrounds.
★ I will let you know if I cannot draw what you desire.
